When collecting your items from Mates Storage, the following instructions should be followed:

• Referral Form: If you or your family is in custody, a referral form should be requested from the SAPO. Without this completed form, assistance cannot be provided.
• Form Submission: Once the form has been submitted, it will be received by us. Ensure the form is filled out correctly to avoid any delays.
• Contact Upon Release: Upon release, contact should be made directly at 02 9666 59273 (select Option #2). Your name, phone number, email, and most importantly your MIN number should be provided to facilitate the process.
• Booking and Retrieval: After a booking has been made to pick up your items, the step-by-step process will be explained to help retrieve your belongings.

Please note: Retrieving your items from our storage facility may take some time. Once your items have been picked up, contact will be made via phone call, text, or email to inform you.

Important Notice

• After Release: If contact is not made within 90 days of release, your belongings will be disposed of. It is crucial to get in touch with us promptly to avoid this.
