Tanya has extensive experience in senior roles across various sectors, including insurance, mining, health, professional services, and infrastructure. Her expertise spans strategic planning, HR and leadership enablement, corporate governance, and risk management, making her a true generalist.
Passionate about fostering growth in those around her, Tanya creates a safe environment for people to experiment and bring their whole selves to work. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of NSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Joining the Board in 2022, Tanya brings a wealth of executive leadership experience to her role as Director and Chair of the People and Nomination Committee at the Prisoners Aid Association of NSW. Her broad expertise and commitment to capability building make her a valuable asset to the organization.
