She’s delivered high-quality outcomes across the Human Service Sector, effectively managing diverse programs in Crisis Support, Suicide Prevention, and Severe and Complex Mental Health.

Leesa is an expert in:

• Successful leadership in recovery-focused mental health initiatives.
• Tender writing and review, and the realignment of funded services/KPIs to meet standards.
• Optimising funding models for sustainable practices.

Leesa is committed to lifelong learning, holding Master of Mental Health and a Bachelor of Social Science from Southern Cross University.
